This year, Keller Company Limited marked International Women’s Day with a meaningful celebration that highlighted the invaluable contributions of women in our workplace. As part of the event, we exchanged our thoughts about the “KWIC” initiative & its successful run. We also took the opportunity to recognize and honour our exceptional female staff members for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance.

Our celebration was not only a time for reflection but also an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to gender equality and empowerment. By spotlighting the achievements of all women working at Keller, we celebrate their resilience and inspire others to continue breaking barriers and challenging the status quo.

A heartfelt congratulations to Sarah Sami J Aldossary (Admin Assistant), Olivia Louiz William Panoup (Design and Estimation Engineer), Malgorzata Feledyn Gornicka (Design & Estimation Engineer), Ghaida Khalid Al Balawi (Admin Assistant, Project) and Rasha Abdullah S Alatawi (Receptionist, Project) who were recognized for their remarkable contributions to specific departments or projects. Their commitment to excellence sets an inspiring example for us all. Malgorzata is currently assigned to the Trojena Project, Neom, KSA (On-site assignment), working in a challenging environment, a location with an altitude of 2600 meters above sea level.

Employees wore a “KWIC badge” to extend their support for women empowerment. Hossam El Shorbagy, KSA General Manager, gave a short speech about gender equality and the importance of setting up an environment to attract more women to the construction industry.

All male staff who attended the event conveyed their wishes to our women staff and offered their support.

As we move forward, let us continue to support, uplift, and empower women both within our company and beyond. Together, we can create an inclusive and thriving workplace where everyone’s potential is recognized and celebrated.

Here’s to building a future of equality and opportunity for all!
