Keller improved a 175,000m² area within the time frame maintaining high quality and ensuring no safety issues. We received appreciation from the client for our design support and swift adoption of changes during execution.

The project
As a part of the UAE government housing scheme. Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing establishment is developing a Residential Complex in Al Awir first, Dubai.
This project is part of the government's continuous dedication to provide family stability and better living conditions for Emiratis by means of carefully designed residential areas.
Keller was assigned to carry out ground improvement works by Rapid Impact compaction and Rigid Inclusions.
The challenge
The main challenge of the project was completing the entire area within the given timeframe while working adjacent to live utilities, including a water line.
Additionally, the presence of loose soil and varying depths of required ground improvement added complexity to the execution.
Keller achieved the project design criteria by adopting precautionary measures and design solutions.
The solution
Keller implemented the most effective ground improvement techniques to meet the required design criteria within the allocated schedule by taking into consideration the proximity for exiting utilities and depth of loose soil.
