Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop geotechnical solutions based on available data as well as client and local authorities’ requirements.
- Issue detailed design with constructability in mind and ensure approval by relevant parties.
- Although mostly office based, temporary site assignment might be part of the candidate's responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role, operational exposure is a plus.
- BSc or MSc in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. MOE equivalency certificate, ADM License or DM Accreditation is a plus.
- Strong focus on pilling and shoring design. Knowledge of ground improvement and grouting is a plus.
- Familiar with piling, shoring and reinforced concrete design software (LPile, AllPile, Wallap, SpColumn, S-concrete, AdSec, etc.). Experience with Plaxis or structural design software (ETABS, SAFE) is a plus
