• Lead and ensure the quality of geotechnical designs, including ground improvement, deep foundations, retaining structures, dewatering, and finite element analysis.
• Lead and manage the design and technical team, ensuring effective coordination, resource allocation, and delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
• Manage geotechnical risks and develop practical solutions throughout design and construction.
• Review designs, technical proposals, quotations, schedules, and drawings with the Sales and Project teams.
• Represent Keller in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Guide and develop engineers through design reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with Keller policies, QHS requirements, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Qualification: Civil / Geotechnical Engineer; Municipality accredited
• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering; 2-3 years of experience in project execution
• Language: Good command of English language both written and spoken;
• Knowledge in Urdu/Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant local regulations, with proven geotechnical design experience on projects in Saudi Arabia
