Skilled Crawler Crane Operator needed to ensure safe operations, maintain equipment, and work closely with supervisors to keep projects running on schedule.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently as directed by the Foreman/Supervisor
- Liaise and coordinate with site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Inspect and maintain equipment in good working condition; report and help diagnose any malfunctions or breakdowns
- Ensure timely basic maintenance of the assigned equipment and escalate delays to line managers
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid UAE Crane Operator License – Heavy equipment license
- Proven experience operating crawler cranes. Ground Improvement projects will be added benefit
- Ability to carry out basic maintenance and daily equipment checks
- Familiarity with HSE procedures and safe operational practices
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and prevent break downs
