Common uses

Excavation support
Temporary or permanent slope stabilisation
Can be executed in any type of soil, but especially suited to soft and medium soil conditions

Process

A stable borehole is executed to the right diameter and designed length, filled with cement grout and then the anchor (strand or bar with free and bond length) installed. Post grouting can be done after few hours if necessary. The anchor head is then installed and stressing completed with a single jack or multiple jack.

Advantages

High load capacity (20-50%) in the same soil conditions

Quality assurance

Keller has been installing anchors for many years, continually evolving the technique to achieve better performance. Testing and monitoring to ensure high quality execution.
