Key role, responsible for leading the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders, managing the full estimation process, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical and commercial proposals. The role requires a deep understanding of geotechnical construction techniques, ground engineering solutions, and local market dynamics.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for geotechnical and ground engineering projects.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents to develop accurate and competitive bids.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and procurement teams to ensure technical and commercial accuracy.
- Analyze project risks, cost structures, and constructability to optimize tender strategies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders within the geotechnical sector.
- Support business development.
- Support project handover to execution teams and provide ongoing technical/commercial input as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in estimation and tendering for geotechnical or specialist foundation contracting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven track record in preparing and winning tenders for geotechnical projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical construction methods and design principles.
- Solid understanding of contractual, commercial, and risk management aspects of tenders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
