Site Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all site activities to meet project plans, timelines, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers on designs, schedules, and requirements.
• Manage labor, materials, subcontractors, and procurement for efficient progress and cost control.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and motivate site teams, resolve issues and foster collaboration.
• Monitor quality standards, site costs, and assist with project finances.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with management, clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO Standards, legal requirements, and ethical practices.  
• Report incidents, stop unsafe acts, and support sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:  

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or Superintendent in geotechnical site management, with expertise in piling and stone column techniques.
• Experience in executing large/major projects.
• Candidate must have transferable iqama.
