Sr. Contract Administrator

Keller KSA is looking for a Sr. Contract Administrator based in Neom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Review contracts, negotiate, prepare contractual correspondences and mitigate the risks involved in the projects prior sign-off
- Having cross functioning role with the Procurement Manager for the key suppliers’ agreements
- Liaise with subcontractors in terms of payments, variations and any other commercial activities on-site.
- Directly correspond with Finance department for all projects regarding Advance/Performance Bond requirements
- Timely invoicing and coordination with customers’ commercial team/QS ensuring timely cashflow.
- Address variations and claims; follow–up for payments, claim retentions and acquire Acceptance certificates.
- Perform re-measures and consolidate into BOQ lumpsum costs

Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Contracts management; 4 years' experience in Middle East
- Should be based in KSA and readily available in-country
