Keller completes projects in almost every country in the world with multi-national building sites commonplace.
Keller has recently completed its work on the Trojena Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the course of the Project Keller engaged approximately 450 personnel drawn from over 12 different countries to work on this unique Project.
Working in such a demanding environment brought with it its own set of unique challenges particularly when working with different languages and different cultural backgrounds.
To help overcome these challenges and deliver on the Projects expectations of health and safety Keller conducted pre-start meetings and daily activity meetings in a multitude of different languages as well as displaying safety signage using pictorial instructions rather than written.
The Project was safely completed achieving 3.5 Million Safe Work Hours in part due to the proactive actions taken pertaining to positive and simplistic communications.
